Version 3.0.0.0 adds a virtual help assistant, the publication library, a new workflow modeler, and internal signing from a dedicated tray.

Features marked with PRO plan require a PRO plan subscription.

What's new and improvements

• Virtual Help Assistant: as a general complement for the entire platform, a virtual assistant is added within the system to guide and help users on how DocuKlaud works, with quick answers, guidance on common processes, and general support. See Chatbot.
• Publication Library: lets you enable a library dedicated exclusively to storing final approved or signed documents. It also includes a new WebPart that can be deployed on any SharePoint site to display these documents in an organized way. See Publication Library.
• New Workflow Modeler: the modeler was completely renewed. The old “Predefined” and “Dynamic” step types were deprecated, giving way to a simpler and more robust scheme based on the task type:
  • Group: everyone must approve.
  • Group: first to approve or reject.
  Both types let you set whether the assignees are modifiable during workflow execution, for greater flexibility. In addition, when creating a workflow the new “publication step” becomes available, which defines whether an approved or signed document should be automatically sent to the Publication Library. • Internal Signing PRO plan: a new work tray that lets each user view and sign their pending documents directly from the system, for a more agile and seamless workflow. See Electronic Signature.
