Transmittal Issuance ▶ Watch video
It allows you to formally send information, documents or other digital files to third parties such as suppliers, clients, external institutions, strategic partners or other actors involved, through a secure and traceable communication mechanism.
To do this, transmittal issuance must be enabled in the subscription settings.
Transmittals are always carried out in the context of a main folder; when you open the folder detail you will see the Transmittals section where you can view previous transmittals or create a new one.
- Advantage: It allows you to centralize and formalize the external communication process, reducing the risk of information loss, file duplication, and ensuring complete traceability of the document exchange.
Step by Step:
- Enter the folder from which you want to issue.
- Click the top Transmittals tab.
- Press the New Transmittals button.
- Complete the required fields: Description, Recipient, Metadata.
- Use the Select documents button to attach files.
- Press Add and then Confirm.
- The recipient will receive an email with the Transmittal tracking code.
Within the transmittal creation you can add any metadata you want.
Then you can add the files to send and click Add and then Confirm.
When you finish the process, you will receive an email with the transmittal code, along with the document details and the documents themselves.
