DocuKlaud is a digital tool for cloud-based document management, designed for companies that need control over their files and regulatory compliance. It is used in environments that require regulatory compliance, audits, document traceability, and operational efficiency.
Before you begin, you must have an account with the SharePoint Administrator or Global Administrator role.
- Sign in to your SharePoint site.
- Click the New button and then Apps to go to the SharePoint Apps section and search for DocuKlaud in the search box.
- When you click the Add button on the apps site, you must select whether you want it installed only on the site you are on or added to other SharePoint sites in the future as well. Then click the Add button; a final notice will appear and you will click the Go to the API access page button.
- Once on the API access page, you must select the DocuKlaud API; after this a button will appear and you must click Approve. Once this is done, you will return to the SharePoint Apps tab and click the I'll do it later button.
- After the previous step, you will return to your SharePoint site and, by clicking the New button, you will choose the Page option, where you will go to the Apps section and select DocuKlaud.
- Once inside, you will enter a name for the page and follow each step to configure the site.
- In the transmittal and document coding configuration step, you must choose between Isolated or Unified.
- Isolated: The document code sequence starts at 0 for each main folder.
- Unified: The document code sequence is global.
- After this, you will start the subscription, where you will have a 14-day trial period.
And with that, DocuKlaud is ready to use!
