This feature is aimed at helping to improve the usability of DocuKlaud in a simple way. It is important to clarify that it works exclusively as an assistant for DocuKlaud features, resolving questions about how to use the platform, where to find specific options or how to complete internal processes.

• Advantage: It provides immediate assistance available across the entire platform, allowing users to resolve operational questions.

Step by Step:

1. Locate the Message icon, permanently positioned in the bottom-right corner of the screen.








2. Click on the icon to open the interactive chat window.








3. Press Enter to send the query.


4. To close or minimize the assistant, click outside the window or press the bottom icon again.
