Version 2.0.0.0 introduces electronic signature within workflows, document creation with templates, and the system's corporate branding.

What's new and improvements

• Electronic Signature PRO plan: when creating workflows, it is now possible to add an electronic signature stage. It lets you add multiple signers, both internal and external to your organization — ideal for signing contracts with suppliers, workers, and other important documents. See Electronic Signature.
• Document Creation: the ability to create documents using templates is added, which are filled in from the specific fields defined for each document type. Each document type can have multiple templates, making collaborators' work easier and ensuring uniformity and accuracy. See Document Creation with templates · Document Types · Custom Fields.
• Corporate Branding: the ability to configure the system's logo and colors is added to adapt it to the organization's corporate identity, personalizing the work environment so that it reflects your brand. See Site Branding.
