DocuSign Integration

The DocuSign Integration module lets you connect the organization's DocuSign account with DocuKlaud to send documents for electronic signature quickly and securely, without leaving the platform. Once connected, DocuSign becomes available as a signing method in addition to the native DocuKlaud Signature.

PRO plan This feature is available in the PRO plan.

• Advantage: Centralizes the sending and tracking of electronic signatures with recognized legal validity, keeping traceability within DocuKlaud.
• Additional detail: With the integration active, you can send documents for electronic signature, manage all your signatures from a single place and monitor the status of your documents in real time with automatic notifications.

Step by Step:

1. From the side menu, click Administration.


2. Select the DocuSign Integration. module. In the top right corner you will see the connection status (Connected / Not connected).








3. If you already have a DocuSign account, in the Connect existing account card click Enable consent. A new window will open to authorize the integration; follow the DocuSign sign-in steps and grant consent.


4. If you do not have an account, in the DocuSign free trial card click Get free trial (30-day trial, with no credit card required and access to all features) and then come back to connect the account.


5. Once authorized, the status will change to Connected and you will be able to send documents for signing through DocuSign. If you need to reconnect the account later, return to this module and repeat the consent process.
